The Darfur Crisis
Beginning A New Chapter For Peace & Religious Freedom
For over 30 years, the founders of Trac5 have cultivated peace, reconciliation and justice in places like Libya, Iraq, Sudan and the Central African Republic. Trac5’s bold Blueprint for peace is crafted upon decades worth of research into the Semitic heart languages of Muslims, Christians, and Jews particularly focused on the Aramaic language of Jesus.
In the last several months, our team has deployed to Sudan twice, in total spending nearly 7-weeks on the ground. Just last week, President al-Burhan of Sudan met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss normalizing relations between their respective Muslim and Jewish countries. Moreover, our team is encouraged by the progress made particularly with regards to defending the religious freedoms of Christians and overall human rights.
During this critical time of transition towards democracy and peace, Trac5 is well-positioned to continue these efforts in Sudan, building upon a history of success in the country of over 20 years!
US Special Envoy to Sudan
"I believe your efforts to get Sudanese high level cooperation and attention to the real issues in Darfur, without taking sides, has been a unique service which would have been very difficult for secular groups to accomplish."
